On interior projects, we touch up scuffs and nicks free for as long as you own the home.

Paint manufacturer warranties may also apply depending on the products used. Those are separate from our workmanship warranty.
How a claim works

How long is your warranty?
Every job comes with at least a 3-year workmanship warranty. Select premium paint systems qualify for longer coverage, and your exact term is written on your signed contract or invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
Peeling, blistering, chipping, flaking, or poor adhesion caused by our preparation or application, on both interior and exterior work.
What is not covered?
Damage from moisture intrusion, leaks, or structural movement; impact damage, storms, and natural disasters; neglect; normal wear and gradual color fading; and painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces like deck floors and steps.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes. It transfers to the next homeowner for the remaining time on the original warranty, which is a real selling point.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Let us know in writing within 30 days of noticing the issue. We schedule a visit, look at it with you, and make it right if it is covered.
What are free touch-ups for life?
On interior projects, if walls we painted get scuffed or nicked, we come back and touch them up free for as long as you own the home.
