Javier Carlin

Javier was raised in Miami and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy before starting Suncoast Home Painting. In healthcare he learned that people trust you when you show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat them with respect. He built Suncoast to bring that same professionalism into the home services industry.

His goal is simple: every homeowner should feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely excited while their home is being transformed. Javier personally makes sure each client is satisfied and taken care of from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Away from work, Javier is a proud husband to his wife Marissa and dad to their son Caden, with a baby girl, Maya, on the way.

Marissa Carlin

Marissa is the office manager at Suncoast Home Painting and keeps everything running behind the scenes. From paperwork and scheduling details to putting together our marketing materials, she makes sure nothing slips through the cracks so our crews can focus on the work and our clients always know what is happening next.

A dietitian by trade, Marissa loves cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the beach. When she is not working on Suncoast, she is busy taking care of their son Caden.

Darwin

Originally from Venezuela, Darwin has been painting for 8 years and leads one of our crews. He is skilled across interiors, exteriors, and cabinets, but exteriors are where he really shines.

Darwin brings great energy to every job site and puts 150% into everything he does. Outside of work, he and his wife Horiana are raising their son and daughter.

Horiana

Horiana is also from Venezuela and has been painting for 4 years. Interiors are her favorite, and she takes pride in leaving every room clean, crisp, and ready to enjoy.

She is Darwin's better half, and her favorite time off is spent with their two kids.

Hector

Hector has been painting for 5 years and is known on our team for his attention to detail. He loves interior work and the satisfaction of a clean, flawless finish.

Faith is Hector's top priority, and in his free time he enjoys new experiences with his significant other.
