Process questions
How long does a typical painting project take?
It depends on the size of the home and the scope. Most interior rooms take a day or two, and most exterior repaints take several days. We give you a timeline in your proposal.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our core crew handles most projects, and we also partner with a small group of trusted painters when our schedule calls for it. Every partner is carefully vetted, trained on our prep and finish standards, and managed by our team on site. You get the same process, the same quality checks, and the same warranty no matter who is holding the brush.
Do I need to be home while you paint?
No. Many clients go about their day. We confirm access before we start and send updates as the work moves along.
What happens if I am not happy with something?
We do a final walkthrough with you and fix anything that is not right before we call the job done. Our written warranty covers workmanship after that.
